These Terms govern your use of the Binder app ("Binder", "we", "us"). By using Binder, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Binder. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Binder.
Binder's AI grade is an estimate generated by software to help you decide whether to submit a card to a professional grading company. It is not an official PSA, CGC, BGS, or other third-party grade, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. Prices shown are estimates from third-party market sources and may not reflect actual sale values. Do not rely on Binder as your sole basis for any purchase, sale, or grading decision.
You retain ownership of the content you add (card photos, collection data, profile). By posting public content (such as a public binder or profile), you allow other users to view it in the app. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. Binder includes tools to block and report other users; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse Binder, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape data at scale, or use it for any illegal purpose.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Binder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI grades or price estimates.
We may update these Terms as Binder evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
