These Terms govern your use of the Binder app and services (the "Service"), operated by Melih Arda Sarıtaş ("Binder", "we", "us"). By using Binder you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Binder. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Delete account.
Binder offers optional paid subscriptions (e.g. Pro and Premium tiers).
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of AI grades and features as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Binder's AI grading and card-identification features produce estimates generated by software. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of the grade, authenticity, or value any third party (including PSA or any grading or authentication company) will assign. Binder is not affiliated with PSA or any grading company. Do not rely on AI grades as the sole basis for buying, selling, or submitting cards.
Card values and price information are estimates aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. You are solely responsible for your collecting and purchasing decisions.
Binder's marketplace lets collectors discover and contact one another. Binder is a venue only — we are not a party to any transaction, do not take payment for listed items, do not hold goods, and do not verify users, items, prices, or authenticity. Any trade, sale, shipping, or payment arrangement is solely between the users involved, at their own risk. You agree to:
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, but we have no obligation to monitor or mediate transactions.
Note on sample content. Some stores and listings shown in the app may be sample/placeholder content while the marketplace grows. These are labelled in the app and are not offers from real sellers.
You retain ownership of the content you create (collection data, photos, listings, messages). You grant Binder a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you (for example, sending a card image to our AI provider for grading, or showing your listing to other users). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to it.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to bypass the Service's security or usage limits; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Trading-card names, logos, characters, and images are the property of their respective owners. Binder is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Ravensburger, Riot Games, or any other rights holder. Such names and images are used to help you catalog your collection.
The Binder app, branding, and original content are owned by Melih Arda Sarıtaş and may not be copied without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate, price, or grade is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melih Arda Sarıtaş will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users, reliance on AI grades or price estimates, or your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
