Privacy Policy

Binder ("we", "us", "our") is a trading card collection tracker and AI grading app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not store your precise location. The optional store-locator map uses your device's location only on your device to center the map, and it is never sent to us. We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How We Use Your Data

• App functionality — authenticate you, run AI grading, sync your collection, apply your subscription tier, and prevent abuse.
• Analytics & product improvement — we analyze aggregated grading and pack-opening data to improve the accuracy of the AI grader and pricing for everyone. This is used in aggregate and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Who We Share Data With

We use the following service providers to operate Binder. Each processes data only to provide their service to us and may not use your data for their own advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Your Choices

• Edit or delete your collection data at any time inside the app.
• Permanently delete your account and data from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, email info@binderapps.com.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed; aggregated, de-identified statistics that no longer identify you may be retained to keep the product accurate for other users.

Children's Privacy

Binder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy as Binder evolves and will update the date above when we do.
